Addictions - Work

We all kid around someone, a workaholic. The truth is that a workaholic is nothing to joke about and is a very serious addiction. Addiction to work while there is still something that people with addictive personalities, has different underlying causes than your typical addiction, is the reason why the work of the Drug Prevention is not as serious as other abuses, the less support groups and treatment.

A dependent person work can be so for a variety of reasons. One of the most common is boredom and sometimes borderline depression and anxiety. These people find their heads are in constant motion. The concept of only able to sit and watch television or listen to radio did not occur to these people. They have no real interest other than the work that they do. When away from this work, no matter how stressful it may be, is like a fish out of the water. The only time they feel like it is, if they work, especially if they have a job of the organization, where people are in them. This is very common in professional athletes and the reason, how many people have a difficult time retirement. Suddenly, the fanfare has disappeared. They are no longer special. They do not feel more important. This is the reason why we play good professional athletes over the years, where they still productive.

For a factory manager, while the prestige is surely not the same, it's still the feeling of workers are happy to see you, especially if you are a friendly sort of the manager. The days at work are of particular importance because this, and it is because of this that you are in double shifts or on weekends, to do something about the stay job.

It is said that many of these people literally working themselves into the grave. This is actually quite true, as these are the sort of figures, a very difficult period retire, unless they are forced, to retire will continue to work until their very last breath.

But right there also another kind of work is that addiction prevention probably even more sad. These are the people who are constantly working because they are afraid that they will lose their jobs, and the poor. Most of these people were probably difficult childhood and came from poor families. You know how it was too bad, and the last thing they want is back. But then there are those who grew up in wealthy families, and they may have been told by their rich people, they have to see it on their own. These people are petrified that they will not be able to make, and because of this fear are working around the clock to ensure that they succeed. Many of these people are really very good and still live in fear that one day they wake up and it will all gone.

Unfortunately, it is unhelpful for the workaholic. Society, as they go getters and successful. We do not, as a society, see it as a problem. But it is a problem that will continue to grow, as it increasingly difficult for the people to pay their bills at the end of the month.
